Submit a Support Request

Please include the following when submitting a support request:

  • Basic explanation of the problem you are.
  • Steps we can follow to try and reproduce the problem.
  • A screenshot/capture of the problem.
  • The browser* you are using.

More advanced

A screenshot of the console log of your browser. 

  1. Right click on the page with your cursor.
  2. Select 'Inspect' or 'Inspect element'.
  3. Go to the 'Console' tab.
  4. Take a screenshot of the errors listed there in red.
