Using Export Profiles

You don’t have to upload all the different formats of your digital assets to Kadanza. We require you to upload only the highest resolution of your digital assets and create different export profiles.

You can manage these Export Profiles from the Admin Console. Add a new Export Profile and give it a name that represents it the best. Add all the source file types that you want to convert to the destination file type. In the example below, we want to convert JPG, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF file types to JPG. Save the Export Profile after making all these changes.

Based on the Export Profile above, let’s say that you uploaded your image in PNG and you need to download it in JPG. Thanks to the Export Profile you created it is easy. Just choose the right profile, click on it and download it.
