Version control to be up to date

To stay up to date with the latest version, it's a good idea to add an expiration date to some assets. It is a good use case for some logos, for example. Recently, we've seen several instances where companies changed their logos to reflect specific situations or to comply with current standards. In this case, you can use the metadata to add an expiration date to the asset, and the small time icon will appear next to the file types. When you click on an asset, you can see when it will expire. The asset will no longer be usable after the expiration date.

You can also upload the new version of the asset. When you upload the image, you can keep the categories and metadata the same or change it. Just make sure to add the correct information. So it is always useful to double-check the information.
