Exports

On this page, you can find an overview of all the exports that users created from their documents. The list shows every export initiated by a user, as well as the status of each export.

Did your export fail?

Admins can relaunch failed exports if needed from the list via these simple steps following these steps:

  • Go to Admin Console
  • Choose "Exports" from the Layouts extension
  • Find the failed document and click on the context menu
  • Choose the relaunch option and confirm

In case exports failed, admins can find more information in the export logs. This information can be used when Kadnza support is contacted.
