Layouts statistics

This page contains an overview of the general Layouts statistics, for a better understanding of the usage of the Layouts extention. Start by setting a date range to generate the stats.

Top pie chart: Gives you a brief overview of the total document count and the status of these documents:

Editing: The number of documents with status "editing".
Approved: The number of documents that have the status "approved".
Locked: The number of documents that are locked and can no longer be edited.
Declined: The number of documents that have the status "declined".
Approval requested: The number of documents that have the stats "approval requested".
Approval in progress: The number of documents for which the approval flow started.
Locked and sent to print partner: The number of documents that are locked and sent to the print partner for printing. These documents can no longer be edited.
Order data declined: The number of documents for which the order was declined during the "send to printer" flow.

Activity: Gives you a brief overview of all the activities related to your documents. You can choose the date range you want to view and export the data in CSV:

Document creations: The number of documents created by users in the selected date range.
Document renders: The number of all the documents that are exported and downloaded in the selected date range.
Popular templates: how many documents were created from each template
Most active users: The names and emails of the users that have created the most documents.

For each of the stats, we show a top 10 on the overview page. A full report of each section can be downloaded as csv.
