Layouts Statistics

This page gives you a clear overview of the general Layouts statistics, giving you a better understanding of the behavior of those who are using the Layouts extention. Don't forget to choose the date range you'd like to view!

Top pie chart: Gives you a brief overview of the total document count and the status of these documents:

Editing: The number of documents that are in the "editing" status.
Approved: The number of documents that are approved and ready to use.
Locked: The number of documents that are locked and no changes can be made.
Declined: The number of documents that are declined and cannot be used.
Approval requested: The number of times that users requested approval for documents.
Approval in progress: The number of documents that are waiting for approval.
Locked and sent to print partner: The number of documents that are locked and sent to the print partner for printing. No changes can be made.
Order data declined: The number of documents that are sent to the print partner but declined at the end.

Activity: Gives you a brief overview of all the activities related to your documents. You can choose the date range you want to view and export the data in CSV:

Document creations: The number of all the documents created by users.
Document renders: The number of all the documents that are exported and downloaded.
Popular templates: The names of the popular templates that are frequently used by the users. The total number of how many times it is created is also written.
Most active users: The names and emails of the users that use the templates the most. The total number of downloads is also written.
