Forgot Your Password?

If you've forgotten the password you use to sign in to Kadanza, you can reset or change it easily at any time.

Reset your password

If you forgot your password and can't log in to your account you can always reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page of your Kadanza installation (companyname.kadanza.com).
  2. Below the sign-in form, click Forgot your password.
  3. On the next page, enter the email address that you use to log in to Kadanza.
  4. Check your email inbox for a new message from Kadanza
  5. Click the link in the email (this link expires after 24 hours)
  6. Submit a new password for your account.
  7. Return to the login page and log in.

Don't see a 'Forgot your password' link?

If you don't see a forgot password link that means that your company uses separate logins for their internal employees and external partners (agencies etc.). Make sure you select the correct option on the login screen.


Change your password

If you are already logged in and want to change your password:

  1. Click the Settings icon (wrench) in the top bar next to your name.
  2. Select Change password on your profile page.
  3. Enter your old password.
  4. Enter the new password you want to use and repeat it (just to rule out any typing errors).
  5. Click Save.

That's it! You can now start using your new password when logging in to Kadanza.
