Settings
In this section, you can manage some of your Assets extension's main settings.
Default language for auto-tagging
You can set one of the listed languages as the auto-tagging functionality's default language. Only the languages listed in the "Other languages for auto-tagging" section will be displayed in edit view. Users must select each language individually when creating tags?-.
Other languages for auto-tagging
You may select as many languages as you wish from the list of supported languages. When you add new languages, they will be activated in the section above, allowing you to select one of them as the default. Keep in mind that you will need to generate each set of language tags individually.
Which name should downloaded files have?
There are two options that you can choose to see when you download assets as shown below:
- Use original filename:, the file name will display upon download.
- "Use filetitle" will present the file title instead when you download assets. When making your choice, please remember that file names are unique and file titles are editable.
Update metadata on download?
When you upload images with IPTC data such as description, caption, and keywords to your Kadanza installation, they will be added to the existing metadata fields. However, you can add or overwrite additional metadata information in Kadanza during or after the upload.
When downloading assets, you can choose whether to include the metadata fields from your installation by selecting "Yes". If you choose "No", the original data will remain the same and will not include any updated metadata information from your installation.
We recommend selecting "No" if you have company-related metadata you do not wish to share outside of your installation.
Watermark
To use the watermark feature on specific categories, it must first be enabled here. Once enabled, you can add an image to be used as a watermark on assets per each category. Please keep in mind that you can only add one watermark image. Every category with the watermark enabled will use the same watermark image.
