Forgot your password?

If you've forgotten the password you use to sign in to Kadanza, you can reset it at any time by following the steps below:
- Go to the login page of your Kadanza installation (via yourcompanyname.kadanza.com), or to the global login page (via kadanza.io).
- Enter your email address and go to the next step.
- Below the password field, click "Forgot password?"
- Enter your user email address to reset the password.
- Check your email inbox for a new email from Kadanza.
- Make sure to check your spam folder as well.
- If you can't find the email, you can click on the “I did not receive an email” to enter your details again.
- Click the link in the email (this link expires after 24 hours, after which you can request a new one
- Submit a new password for your account.
- Return to the login page and log in.
Don't see a "Forgot your password" link?
If your company uses Single Sign-On to access Kadanza, you will be redirected to your companies Active Directory to log in. Whether or not you can request a new password there depends on your company's IT policy. If you are redirected to your active directory and you no longer know your password, you best reach out to your company's support desk.
