Editing assets

Changes you make to assets are visible to anyone that uses the platform. So make sure that the changes you make are relevant and can improve the searchability of the asset.

Editing a single asset

1. Click the overflow icon '...' in the toolbar or asset detail view
2. Select the "Edit" action
3. Edit the metadata information for all the assets
4. Click "Save" to continue and "Close" or "Cancel" to discard

Editing multiple assets

1. Select the assets you wish to edit by checking the small box on the top left of the asset
2. Click the overflow icon '...' in the toolbar
3. Select the "Edit" action
4. Edit the metadata information for all the assets
5. Click "Save" to continue and "Close" or "Cancel" to discard
